This is not 5 Star but if you want to live and feel Tuscany this is the perfect Holiday with local farm accommodation, touring around small wineries, small beautiful walled cities and villages. My group and I did the 7 day tour. Trust me…this is not to be missed. Matteo made this vacation one of the most enjoyable ever. He was knowledgeable about Tuscan food and wine, attentive and responsive to our many requests. Our farmhouse accommodation was nice and comfortable, even without air conditioning. The food they served was delicious. If you can, sign up for the cooking class. It was a blast!

My daughter and I recently did this amazing 3 day fully escorted tour around Tuscany, visiting wineries on each day but in three different regions of Tuscany (a surprise to us as we thought Tuscany was one region and that wines would all be similar). We also had a interest in authentic Italian food, and other land-based industries in the region. We asked many questions and were given very comprehensive answers. Matteo (our guide) took the trouble to add two other visits to our itinerary following our questions about beef cattle and beaches. He added a visit to a beef cattle farm one day and the following day took us to the beach
As part of a two week traveling experience through Italy, my husband and I met up with Tuscany Untouched and traveled from Florence to San Filippo. What a treasure of a day! Matteo was most thoughtful and helpful in making this day in the Tuscan hills wonderful and memorable. We enjoyed a delicious lunch, basked in the hot springs, and had an excellent dinner with traditional Tuscan flair. The people were lively, the food and wine wonderful, and throughout the day Matteo made sure we were enjoying ourselves. We highly recommend Tuscany Untouched for your personal visit, and hope to visit again!
My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Italy at the end of September. The highlight of our trip was the 3 days we spent in Tuscany with Matteo. His local knowledge and connections made for an incredible unforgettable experience.He took us to places and restaurants we could have never found on our own. The Farmhouse was very comfortable and the views were spectacular. if you go to Italy and you don’t experience Tuscany, you have not seen the best Italy has to offer. We spent the day as a group of 4 with our tour guide Matteo and met with him at around 10am. The 2hr drive to Bagni natural springs was comfortable and we stopped for refreshments about half way through. The springs were absolutely amazing and leaving early definitely makes a difference as it was relatively quiet when we got there. Matteo organised access for us to changerooms and showers to refresh after the springs. He then allowed us to choose from a number of recommended dinner locations and we selected montepulciano. On the way we visited a local winery and participated in a private wine tasting and tour organised by Matteo which was amazing and felt very exclusive. We then proceeded to Montepulciano where we were given a walking tour and historical rundown before we were left to roam by ourselves until dinner. We reconvened at 7pm for a fantastic 3 course dinner and another wine tasting. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough- well worth a visit!
We loved our Tuscany Untouched Tour. We did a 3 night Bespoke experience and it was a highlight of our honeymoon. The farmhouse accommodation Matteo organized was so unique and charming; Oscar our host was very helpful and nice.
Our private day trip with Daniel was sensational, he was a very thoughtful & intelligent guide. He taught & showed us so much of Tuscany.
Then on our free day, Matteo booked us in for a tasting lunch and provided a great itinerary for us.
